Christiansburg, Va. (WDBJ) – Christiansburg businesses address community concerns about building sales.
Bear Dance Market opened in Christiansburg in 2019.
The building’s current owner has listed the property for sale.
Business owners have said they have no plans to close even if the building is sold.
Bear Dance Market Co-Owner Sarah Vogl said: “We are fairly optimistic that any investor who chooses to purchase this property will want to keep a cornerstone tenant here.
Delegate Marie March owns the property.
Fogle said March has supported the business throughout the process.
