President Joe Biden is considering a trip to Europe next month to mark the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, NBC News and CNN reported Thursday. Multiple locations are being considered, including Poland, according to NBC reports, and administration officials are discussing announcing another major military aid package to Ukraine to coincide with the anniversary.Biden said Wednesday. announced that the United States would send 31 Abrams tanks (GD) to Ukraine to defend it against Russian aggression, but warned that delivery of the equipment would take time.
