A new Starbucks and Anytime Fitness will be part of a new retail center near Jefferson High School.
Located on Marion Road and Pineridge Drive.
At 7,500 square feet, the fitness center will be the largest Anytime Fitness in Sioux Falls.
Anytime Fitness local franchisee Kevin Tupy said: Retail center developer through his business Cresten Capital.
The hope is to open on August 1st and build out will begin soon.
Starbucks has a drive-thru and is expected to open in mid-March.
Approximately 2,700 square feet of space remains in the retail center.
“With a high school across the street, it would be the perfect sandwich shop, smoothie bar, or other quick-service restaurant,” said Raquel Blount of Lloyd’s Cos., who published the space.
Student numbers in Northwest Sioux Falls are growing, with approximately 1,500 enrolled at Jefferson and more than 2,000 at Southeast Technical College.
