Global Business Travel Group Inc. said it plans to restructure its organization as it transitions to a global, customer need-driven operating model.
The company said in its securities report that it had internally announced the reorganization on Tuesday. Details were not provided in the SEC filing.
The company said it expects to incur charges of approximately $20 million to $25 million this year related to restructuring. The charges are primarily related severance payments and related benefit costs, according to the company. Global Business Travel Group did not disclose how many employees were affected.
