The FIS Alpine World Ski Championships hosts the opening ceremony, so the biggest show on snow is just 10 days away.
And good news from the course crew today as the event was officially given the green light after today’s successful snow control. Courchevel Méribel (FRA) welcomes the world’s top alpine ski athletes Conditions look good as we are preparing.
From January 5th to 19th, a total of 12 medal events will be held in a one-of-a-kind setting where two resorts will be held together. All men’s events are held in Courchevel and women’s events in Méribel. Meribel’s resort will also host parallel events and all medal ceremonies.
