Bankrupt Mexican lender Credit Real SAB de CV has secured court approval to auction its U.S. auto-financing business with a floor bid of $62 million from Mexican business group Bepensa Capital Inc.
The Federal Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware issued an order Tuesday allowing Credit Real to enter into a sale and purchase agreement for Bepensa and the stalker horse.
