Take, for example, Clarifruit, an Israeli startup that developed the world’s first AI-powered real-time QC software for fresh food businesses.
The platform uses advanced computer vision technology to automate inspection and measure size, color, stem color, defects, and more. Doing so promises to reduce food waste and increase profitability.
