Analysts at Jefferies said the deal could help Argo strengthen its balance sheet and avoid bankruptcy after falling precariously after a $27 million financing deal failed in October. Analyst Jonathan Petersen said in a research note dated Dec. 28, “After a previously announced equity raise with a strategic partner failed, ARBK’s debt burden has been reduced. It should bring some relief.”
