The personnel management office solicit public feedback For proposed business functions, service metrics and associated standard data elements Human Capital Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Performance Management, Turnover and Retirement.
The OPM will use this insight to inform the development of eventual business standards aimed at standardizing human capital management across the federal government, according to a Federal Register notice issued Monday.
“The business standards will be used as the basis for common mission support services shared by federal agencies,” the notice reads.
Agencies would like to share their views with the public regarding proposed changes, the understandability of the draft business standard, and the usefulness of the standard to agencies and industry.
Comments are due by February 8th.
