A New Jersey man has been charged with robbing the West Long Branch check-cashing business, almost exactly five years later, officials announced Friday.
Jackson’s 41-year-old Travis A. Bryant was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, and fourth-degree possession of a counterfeit handgun.
The West Long Branch Police Department said it responded to a report that a silent alarm was activated at a check cashing operation on Route 36 in the borough on November 2, 2017.
