The PWR Charity Foundation of Orange County in California is now offering one year home owners association dues (HOA) to qualified first time home buyers.

The HOA assistance grants will offer up to $250 per month, paid directly to the home owners association for a total of up to $3,000 for one year, per qualified buyer.

The maximum purchase price has also been increased to $400,000.

This is an opportune time for first time home buyers – with vehicles for assistance that are more creative and varied during these tough economic times.
